Women's cuts start at $50 and include shampoo, a scalp massage, cut and style over about 90 minutes; this cut is for chin-length or longer hair, and shorter cuts are referred to other stylists. Men's cuts, a kids' cut for ages 10 and under, and bang or beard trims are also offered. Color work ranges from single process color and toner to balayage, highlights, lowlights, vivids, color correction and color removal. Extensions include tape-in and weft installs, restitches, and a removable option using HaloCouture extensions.

For smoothing, the salon offers the Brazilian Blowout Express and the customizable Original Brazilian Blowout, which the salon states lasts up to 12 weeks. Perms and a Milbon Head Spa full scalp treatment are also on the menu. Hair feathers and tinsel are offered as hair salon services.

The salon is open Monday 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sundays. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee; cancelling later than that incurs a 50% fee, payable before rebooking. A no-call, no-show incurs a full fee, and a 50% deposit is required to rebook.
