Services fall into three groups. Cut and color covers custom cuts with at-home styling instruction, a range of color services for gray coverage and dimension, and Styling School, which teaches how to get salon-style hair at home every day. Hair extensions come in volumizing, lengthening, color effects and spot application. Texture treatments include keratin smoothing, a fast blow-dry add-on, permanent waves or curls, and thermal straightening.

Extension appointments are long. A visit includes a deep clarifying treatment and blow-dry, the application, a blending haircut, and about 45 minutes of instruction for maintenance at home. Volumizing applications take about 3 hours and lengthening applications about 6 hours.

Specialty services are held with a down payment. Changes or cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice, with a 50% charge for changes 24 to 72 hours ahead and a 100% charge under 24 hours. Appointments are booked through GlossGenius, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
