Clients can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation with any service, arranged in advance. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday and on Saturday morning and early afternoon, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Color services require a credit card to book, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, and no-shows are charged half the service price.
For curly cuts, the salon asks clients to arrive with hair washed, detangled and dry, without oils, butters or silicones, since wet hair or hair worn in a bun takes longer and costs more. The Envy signature curly cut is priced by stylist level, and it includes a spa mist shampoo and conditioning.
