The menu is organized by service type. Bridal services cover the wedding party, including formal design, bridal party makeup, flower girl hair, lashes and spray tans. Hair color ranges from single foil and additional color to full foil highlights, corrective color and glaze or toner, and hair treatments include clarifying, hair facial and metal detox options along with relaxers and keratin treatments. Waxing covers brows, upper lip and chin, and spray tans come in face-only, legs-only, upper body and face, and full-body options.

Children can celebrate at the salon through glam party packages, which include exclusive salon access, a themed music and dance party, a birthday sash and tiara, hair color extensions with an accessory, facial masks, makeup and a scheduled time for cake and food. Packages come in three sizes by guest count and length. Glam parties are booked by phone, while other appointments can be booked online. The salon is open Tuesday from 1 to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.

Clients are asked to arrive on time, since late arrivals may mean a shorter service or a rescheduled appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a fee of half the scheduled price may apply to no-shows or late cancellations. Gift cards are sold on the website.
