The salon aims for a positive, fun atmosphere, and it builds relationships on trust, care and personal interaction. Clients can relax in a playful, easygoing space and have a snack during their visit.

Hair color is the core of the menu, with glazes, all-over color, custom partial and full color, fantasy custom color and color alteration. Color services are described as all-inclusive, covering a consultation, gloss, haircut, and blowout and style. Fantasy custom color and full color alteration are priced after a consultation. Glazes start at $100 with a junior stylist and $130 with a master stylist, and all-over color is $150 with a junior and $195 with a master. Other services include clipper cuts, blowouts, scissor cuts with blowout and style, and blowouts for extension hair, along with add-on treatments such as Olaplex Bond Builder, conditioning, Malibu treatment, keratin smoothing, hair Botox and hair extensions, which are priced upon consultation.

Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on location within a 50-mile radius, and interested clients complete a Bridal Inquiry form. Junior stylists are licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and have three years or less of industry experience while continuing their training at the salon. According to the salon, master stylists have earned the title through time and education.

Booking and policies: a card is kept on file when booking, and appointments can be cancelled at no charge with advance notice. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service, and a no-show, meaning no contact 15 or more minutes into the appointment, is charged the full scheduled service. Concerns about a service should be raised within 7 days for minor complimentary adjustments, and the salon does not offer refunds of any kind. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.
