The menu is organized around the hair a client already has or plans to wear, with separate groupings for natural hair, relaxed hair, sew-ins, quickweaves, ponytails and wigs, along with general cuts and color.

Bookings require a non-refundable $20 deposit, which is applied toward the service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are charged an extra $10, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late need to reschedule. Late arrivals can be reported by text or phone at (214) 662-0832. Cancellations should be made at least one to two hours before the appointment, by phone or email.

Payment is accepted by cash, Cash App and Zelle. Several services can have a wash added for $30, including quickweaves, sew-ins, ponytails and wig installs. Silk press clients can add a trim for $10, a cut for $20 or a deep condition for $20. Closure sew-ins need clean hair or an extra $30 wash fee, and closure and frontal wigs must be dropped off at least two days ahead or an extra fee applies.
