Hair work uses Aveda products for color and for the hair and scalp treatments, which can be added to a cut or color. First-time color services begin with a consultation, which is free with a cut or color. Booking for color happens by phone or in person rather than online, and online color quotes ask for photos of the client from six positions plus a picture of the look they want. Hair and makeup prices vary with the education, experience and skill of the stylist, according to the salon.

The spa menu includes facials built on certified organic and vegan skin care lines, along with specialty treatments such as microdermabrasion, oxygen, LED and clinical peels. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini area, and massage ranges from target and reflexology sessions to deep tissue, hot stone and pre or post-natal massage. The salon says its staff keep up with contemporary hair and fashion trends.

Booking carries some firm terms. A 50 percent deposit by major credit card holds color, haircut, bridal, facial and massage appointments, and cancellations need 24 hours notice to avoid a 50 percent fee. Late arrivals are seen when possible, though the service may be shortened to fit the remaining time. Children are not permitted in the spa, and phones are asked to be switched off before entering.
