Stylists are placed at one of three levels. Level 1 stylists are the newest members of the team and perform premium services under the supervision of experienced stylists. Level 2 stylists are experienced and offer premium services, and Level 3 stylists are career salon professionals. The same service is priced differently by level; a Classic Haircut, for example, is $57 at Level 1, $72 at Level 2 and $86 at Level 3.

Listed prices are starting points and can change for extra products or extra time. Some color services carry additional charges when more color is used. New clients booking Classic Extension Installation are asked to have a consultation first. A free color correction consultation is available to meet a stylist and talk through hair goals, but it is not required before booking.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 25% of the booked service, and a no-show is charged 75%. Clients can also earn a loyalty punch card on shampoo and style services, with the sixth one free.

Each service is customized to the client's needs, and the team works with purposeful design and real connection.
