Salon Drake sits on the fifth floor of the Five Story Mirrored Building within the Point Loma Business Center, at the intersection of Wing and Kenyon. Its services center on haircuts, color and texture work for adults of both sexes, and it also cuts hair for children from preschool through third grade and for youth aged nine to 15.

Appointments are available on five days each week, Sundays and evenings included. Mondays and Tuesdays are closed. On Wednesdays the salon is open 4pm to 8pm, Thursdays 10am to 8:30pm, Fridays 9:30am to 8:30pm, Saturdays 9:30am to 5:30pm and Sundays 9:30am to 5pm.

New clients can book a complimentary consultation of about 30 minutes to talk through color and cut goals, products, procedures and their current daily routine. A consultation is required before Fashion Color, and for that service it is held by phone with Patrick.

Color is offered in tiers: a base color touch-up for grey coverage, low-lites to refresh the ends, and hi-lites for dimension and lightening, each available alone or paired with a cut. Fashion Color starts at $300 and is priced by time at $75 per hour plus the cost of color, with a haircut included.
