The menu is built around hair. Haircut pricing includes a shampoo, the cut and a blow dry. Color work covers single process color for regrowth, full base color, accent highlights, partial and full highlights, BabyLights, balayage, glazes and a bond-building treatment. Blow dries are not included with color services, and the salon notes that a blow dry may not be included on select services.

Certified keratin treatments are offered in two forms, a full treatment and a shorter express blow out. Texturizing waves are available as a partial or full perm. Hair extensions by Hotheads Certified and the color correction and vivid color services are priced after a consultation.

Esthetics services include microblading, eyelash extensions and refills, and make-up application, along with lash make-up. Facial waxing is offered for the upper lip, chin, eyebrows and full face. Bridal party accommodations are available on site only.

A credit card on file is required when booking, and some services need a deposit that is applied to the final total. Clients should give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made without that notice are charged 50% of the service amount, and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Cancellations due to a personal or medical emergency should be reported as soon as possible, and the salon decides how to proceed in those cases.
