Ti Hong opened Salon de Beauté in Bellevue in 1994 and owns the salon. The salon describes itself as Bellevue's leading hair salon and day spa, which is the salon's own claim.

Ti Hong started training as an apprentice hair designer at a French salon in Saigon, Vietnam, at a young age. In the early 1990s, Ti Hong worked in a boutique hair salon in Paris, and the Bellevue salon followed in 1994.

The spa side covers manicures, pedicures, waxing, eyelash extensions, male and female massage, deep tissue and Thai massage, and facial skin care. The skin care menu includes a glycolic peel, microdermabrasion, an LED photo facial, a micro-current lift, an ultrasound hydrate and firm treatment, and customized European facials.

Appointments can be booked by text or phone. Monday to Friday hours run from 9:30am to 9:00pm, and weekend hours are 9:30am to 7:00pm, with extended hours available. Complimentary parking is on the west side of the building. The salon welcomes both new and returning guests.
