Extensions are a central part of the work. Both locations specialize in Habit Hand Tied Extensions and carry the full Bombshell hand tied line. Clients try on lengths, thickness and colors first, and hand tied extensions can go in the same day as the appointment. Halo Couture Extensions are custom ordered after a complimentary consultation at the Connecticut location, where clients are color matched; they can be expedited to arrive as soon as two business days after purchase. Fusion Extensions are priced at consultation.

Color work is organized around custom sessions. In Connecticut, all stylists specialize in custom blonde sessions, which range from natural sunkissed balayage on brunette hair to a heavy blonde. A session can include highlights, balayage, root smudges, root taps, glazes, toners, Olaplex and a blow dry, and some clients need more than one session to reach their goal shade. The Naples location builds custom color packages in place of traditional a la carte services, and offers owner consultations to assess hair and plan a color or extension goal.

Beyond color and extensions, the salon offers women's, men's and children's haircuts, wash and blow dry, flat iron and updo styling, Awapuhi KeraTriplex and Olaplex treatments, keratin straightening, lashes, eyebrow waxing, and airbrush makeup. Bridal pricing is set separately for brides and guests. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours notice, or a full charge applies.

Services are planned around each client's length, color and styling goals, with clients trying on options before extensions are installed and color being matched to individual needs. Connecticut focuses on custom blonde sessions, while Naples works through custom color packages.
