Salon Council has two locations: 18467 Pines Blvd. in Pembroke Pines and 4561 Weston Road in Weston. Both are open seven days a week. Pembroke Pines is open Monday 10AM to 5PM, Tuesday to Thursday 10AM to 7PM, Friday 10AM to 5PM, Saturday 9AM to 5PM and Sunday 10AM to 5PM. Weston is open Monday 10AM to 5PM, Tuesday to Friday 10AM to 7PM, Saturday 9AM to 5PM and Sunday 10AM to 5PM. The salon says it serves clients from Weston, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie, Southwest Ranches and the surrounding South Florida communities. It was founded by Allan and Joel.

About

The team is employee-based and education-driven. The salon invests in continuing education that includes in-salon training, brand education and leadership development, and its managers have completed a 10-week Leadership Training Program. The salon states it is a Redken Black Level Elite Salon and has been named to the Salon Today 200's Top 200 Salons in North America for four consecutive years, including an Employee Education honor for 2026.

Clients can book around the clock through the Salon Council app, where they can choose a stylist, track services, buy gift cards and see loyalty rewards. The free TreatCard program earns points on services and double points on take-home products, and points can be redeemed for featured treats. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours ahead, and clients may be asked to wear a smock. Children are welcome with an adult supervising at all times, and pets are not allowed except service dogs.

The salon is cashless and accepts major credit cards, contactless payments, Apple Pay, Android Pay and gift cards. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, and some bookings take a deposit credited at checkout. Group or multiple-service visits require a card or gift card to hold the booking, and a no-show without a call within 48 hours is charged 50 percent of the scheduled services. Wedding packages require a non-refundable 50 percent deposit two weeks before the date. Hair services are not refunded, but concerns can be raised within three days of an appointment. The salon will not redo color that was done elsewhere. Retail is final sale, with unopened items exchangeable within 14 days on management approval. Mondays bring 20 percent off one single hair service.
