Salon Cosmo was created by Kaylee, who owns the suite and also works as its stylist. Because it is a private suite rather than a shared floor, each booking is a one-on-one appointment with no extra guests unless arranged in advance.
Every appointment includes a consultation. Kaylee uses it to learn about a client's goals, hair history and daily routine, and to plan what comes next. Costs are talked through before any work begins, and the price on the menu is the price the client pays. Gratuity is not expected.
The menu is grouped into cuts, color, styling and extensions. Color work includes gloss and shine refreshes, root color refreshes, custom vivid color, face-frame brightening, partial and full highlights, and a hand-painted or foiled lived-in option for softer dimension and easier grow-out. Extensions are offered as sewn-in wefts and K-tips, with Bellami, Covet and Mane as the options used, including hand-tied wefts.
Clients are encouraged to book online at any time, although appointments are recommended rather than required. Longer services such as color corrections and extension installs ask for a card to hold the booking. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and shorter-notice changes or no-shows carry a fee. Detailed suite information is sent after booking, and the salon can be reached by text, which it prefers for quick questions.
Kaylee builds a personalized plan for each season of a client's life and teaches clients how to care for and maintain their results at home.
The suite is quiet and cozy, with complimentary snacks and beverages, and the salon describes itself as welcoming to everyone.
