A deposit can be moved once to a new appointment if the client gives at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit and incur a fee of 50% of the service, and a no-call, no-show is charged 100%. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, with a 50% fee. Clients who have rescheduled more than three times need a $100 non-refundable deposit to book future appointments with the same stylist. Color adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of the original appointment and are normally handled by the original stylist. After 7 days, color services are booked as new appointments at regular pricing. All retail product sales are final.
