Menus range from quick polish changes and express treatments to longer spa pedicures and Russian-style services. Spa pedicures include the Volcano, Gel-Ohh and Voesh Luxury options, and the Voesh treatments come in sealed, single-use kits for each guest. Manicures include a 50-minute signature manicure built on Aesop botanical products and a 45-minute retreat manicure that adds a sea salt and rose petal soak, collagen gloves and a warm candle-oil massage.

Hygiene is built into each visit. Every manicure and pedicure uses disposable kits, pedicure chairs get a fresh plastic liner after every client, and files and buffers are single-use. Reusable tools are cleaned and sanitized between services. The salon does not remove ingrown toenails and advises seeing a doctor for that.

Booking is flexible for individuals, with no deposit required. Groups of three or more need to call the salon and pay a 50 percent deposit at booking, which is refundable with 24 hours or more notice. Part of the daily schedule is held for walk-ins and phone bookings, so not every opening appears online. Arrivals 10 minutes or later may need to be rescheduled or may receive a shorter service. A $10 minimum applies to debit and credit card payments. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed Sunday.
