The salon says its aim is high-quality hair services that help clients feel more confident in how they look. It names honesty, integrity and respect as its values, and says it wants client relationships that are professional but personal.

A visit usually starts with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through hair goals and plan future services. Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius, and the salon accepts payment there. The menu covers women's, men's and children's cuts, root color, highlights ranging from a few to full, Olaplex and glaze add-ons, Brazilian Blow Out smoothing, Halo extensions with custom fittings, bridal and formal styling, and a mobile airbrush tan.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 1 PM to 7 PM and Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM; the salon is closed Thursday through Sunday. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before an appointment carry a 20% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
