Hair services cover cutting and styling, blowouts, updos and extensions. Color ranges from single process to full and partial highlights and glazes, and in-salon treatments include Kerastase rituals and treatments, re-texturizing, Cezanne perfect finish and keratin smoothing. Pricing starts at $65 for a haircut and blowdry, $50 for a blowout and $50 for men's haircuts, with color and re-texturizing or keratin pricing depending on the stylist or colorist and on hair length and density.
Bellami extensions are offered in volume weft, keratin tip, tape-in, I-tip and clip-in styles. Extensions consultations last 30 minutes, cost $50 and are booked by calling 312-943-5454. The salon describes itself as the new BELLAMI Chicago Flagship and advises against further chemical lightening on Bellami hair, which has already been color-treated.
Beauty and nail services include airbrush, bridal, photo and editorial makeup, makeup lessons, lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination and tinting, waxing, threading and tweezing, and manicures and pedicures in gel, paraffin, hot stone and express versions. Party and offsite services bring hair and makeup professionals to events, either at the salon or on location. Prepaid manicure and pedicure series have expiration dates.
Clients should arrive 10 minutes early. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee, and extended hair services such as extensions, perms, Cezanne and Brazilian treatment need 72 hours' notice to cancel without a fee. A missed appointment is charged 100% of the scheduled total. Services are not refunded in cash or to a card; instead the salon issues credit for future services if a client is unsatisfied. Retail products can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase and original packaging, for store credit that applies only to retail. Hard tools, brushes and nail polish cannot be returned or exchanged. Tipping is optional and cash only. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit and cash are accepted, while personal checks, third-party checks and American Express are not. Pets are not allowed, though service animals are. Clients may ask for a different team member and should mention allergies or sensitivities.
