The color menu covers all-over color from roots to ends, regrowth color that blends new growth into the rest of the hair, and partial highlights placed to bring out the light in the hair. Custom highlights are shaped to each client's hair and needs, and Unique Color is priced by how much color is used. Color prices do not include a cut or blow dry.

Haircuts are offered for women, men and children 12 and under. Women's haircuts include a wash, cut and blow dry, and men's cuts include a wash, cut and style, with a cut-only option for men. Children's haircuts include a wash, cut and blow dry or style, with a cut-only option. Haircut prices depend on the stylist who performs the service. Blow dries include a wash. Hot tool touch-ups straighten hair with a flat iron or curl it with a curling iron. Homecoming, prom and bridesmaid up-dos are offered, and their price does not cover extras such as flowers or jewel clips. The Express Keratin Treatment lasts two to three months depending on the hair, and its price depends on how much product is used.

Facial waxing covers lips, upper and lower, eyebrows, and a whole-face service that includes the chin and cheeks. Clients who want to keep color looking consistent between visits can ask for a personalized root touch-up kit, which comes with a custom color, brush, gloves and instructions. The salon also sells hair care products and ships them to clients. Appointments are appreciated, hours may change at the stylists' discretion, and cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are accepted, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
