The hair menu covers blowouts, including the Dominican Blowout, which uses large rollers, a round brush and high-heat blow-dry. Silk presses are built mainly for natural, textured hair and finish with a blow-dry and flat iron. Color options range from highlights and root retouches to all-over color and custom color such as balayage, ombre, foil highlights, color melting and color correction. Perms, updos and a Frizz-Fighting Treatment are also available, along with an add-on steam treatment that can be paired with a service. Three scalp services are offered: Essential Refresh (30 minutes), Awaken Renewal (60 minutes) and Blissful Restore (90 minutes), with the longest including a mini glow facial.
Monthly memberships suit clients who want regular styling. The SB Deluxe Blowout Membership includes two blowouts a month, and the SB Premium Blowout Membership includes four signature blowouts and one conditioning treatment a month. The 2 Silk Presses Per Month Membership comes with priority booking and 10% off add-ons such as deep conditioning, protein treatments, trims and gloss services. Packages and memberships are booked through the services page, and their credits and benefits apply automatically at checkout.
The salon is open Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Clients are asked to arrive with hair fully detangled and free of heavy products, since extra detangling or blow-dry time may add a fee. Deposits are required for several services and are non-refundable. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Up to two reschedules per appointment are allowed without extra charge.
