Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Appointments are set by specialist availability and specialty, and late arrivals may shorten the visit because treatments run on schedule. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; later cancellations may be charged 50% of the service, and no-shows may be charged the full price.
