A keratin smoothing treatment is also offered and is described as lasting up to 12 to 16 weeks.

Booking policies are set out clearly. New clients pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at booking, which is applied to the total at checkout. Appointments should be cancelled within or before 48 hours; late cancellations or missed appointments without notice carry a 30% non-refundable fee. Arriving 20 or more minutes late counts as a no-show and the full price of the booked service is charged.
