The salon is an official Aveda salon and an Aveda concept salon. It aims for a warm, personal feel in a setting that is polished and glamorous. Aveda describes itself as cruelty-free, saying it does not test on animals or ask others to do so, and describes its products as people tested. The salon says its Aveda-trained stylists keep up with current trends and techniques.

Services are grouped under hair, brows and waxing. Hair work includes women's cuts from $70 to $85, men's cuts from $45 to $50, and children's cuts from $40 to $45. Color starts at $95, with partial highlights from $110, full highlights from $160, frontal highlights from $75 and balayage from $200. Toner and gloss start at $40 and $50, and deep conditioning is $50. Shampoo and style starts at $50, updos at $65, and keratin treatments and specialty color or highlights are priced after a consultation. Brow tinting starts at $35, and brow and lip waxing are $35 each. The booking form also lists makeup sessions and makeup lessons as appointment types.

Aveda's Pure Privilege rewards program is offered here. Membership is a one-time $10 fee. Members earn points on Aveda product purchases that can be redeemed for gifts, and they receive a birthday gift valued at $20.
