The team is educationally driven and aims to shape each look around the way a client lives day to day. The salon also encourages creativity and artistic expression, and it describes its atmosphere as warm and friendly while keeping the service professional.

Haircuts range from men's cuts and women's cuts to Ouidad cuts. Blowouts, upstyles and keratin treatments are also offered, along with conditioning treatments such as masks, moisture treatments, Olaplex and Absolut Molecular Repair. Facial waxing for the eyebrows, chin or lip is available as well.

Bridal clients can choose from three packages: outside-salon services with a travel charge, in-salon services, and in-salon services on a Sunday with an extra charge to open the salon outside regular hours. Bride-only and bridal party bookings each have their own deposit terms, and a trial hair design is offered at least two to three weeks before the wedding.

Prices reflect most clients, and the salon may adjust them for hair density and length. Extra time, length or thickness adds to the cost of cuts, highlighting and keratin treatments. Extensions are priced after a complimentary consultation. Gift cards can be bought online, and a referral program gives both the referring client and the new client a $10 discount on their next service.
