Hair services cover dry and wet cuts, shampooing and conditioning, color including gray coverage, men's cuts, hot-tool styling, and perms. New growth, meaning hair grown since the last color service, is usually about half an inch. Color appointments run roughly 105 minutes for new growth above the shoulder or base color, about two hours for foil highlights or lowlights, and about 135 minutes for new growth combined with highlights. Clients who book a color service receive an Olaplex Treatment at no charge. Some services list a lower price for clients seeing a Level 1 stylist, such as the women's shampoo, haircut and blow dry.

Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel polish, dip nails, and hard gel enhancements. The gel polish manicure is described by the salon as its most popular manicure, taking about an hour with cuticle care and shaping and lasting about two weeks without chipping. Dip nails use a powder applied over an artificial nail. Hard gel enhancements are an odor-free artificial nail option, and fill-ins are recommended every two to three weeks. The Signature Ultimate Pedicure takes about 75 minutes and includes a foot soak, sugar scrub, paraffin treatment, hot towels, and foot and lower-leg massage.

Waxing is offered for brows, lip, and chin, along with eyebrow tinting and combined wax-and-tint options. The salon sells hair care products and boutique merchandise and offers eGift cards from $25 to $500 in 28 designs. A loyalty program gives one STAR for every $25 spent, and 20 STARS earn $5 that can be used on salon services but not merchandise. Appointments must be booked in advance, cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and major credit and debit cards and personal checks are accepted. Tips may be included with payment, and cash tips are preferred. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and the salon is closed Friday to Sunday.
