Hair color is a central part of the menu. Lighter and Brighter is a full-service all-over highlight that includes cut, toner and styling, taking 2 to 4 hours. Reds and Brunettes uses highlights and lowlights for rich color, with cut and styling, also 2 to 4 hours. Grey Coverage is a single-process application for coverage or blending, with treatment, cut and blow-out, taking about 2 hours. Extensions come in three methods, and the final price is set at consultation.

The Amino Acid Smoothing Treatment is a full-service treatment taking 1 to 3 hours that de-frizzes hair for 1 to 3 months. Haircuts include a therapeutic shampoo, scalp massage and a Signature Puerto Rican Style Blow Out. The new client inquiry form lists hourly budget options from $75 up to $150.

Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment, as well as no-shows, are charged the full fee. Guests may bring other people or children only if they are also booking a service.
