The salon's stated mission is to combine Dominican hair care with a luxury salon experience, with the aim of giving every client VIP treatment. It describes the atmosphere as inviting and inclusive, and says every visit includes premium beverages. Stylists are employees rather than contractors, according to the salon, which says it invests in ongoing training and that its stylists are certified and trained on current techniques. The salon also offers a redo service guarantee.
The signature service is the Dominican blowout, which the salon says uses no chemicals and is typically needed every one to two weeks. Other services include hair treatments such as scalp detox, oil shots and organic conditioners, color and chemical services, and several extension methods. Color correction and bleach-based or intricate color work require a consultation first. Hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday, and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday, closed Monday.
