The menu is grouped into three areas. Color services start with toner and gloss from $50, tints from $70, face frames from $150, partial highlights from $170, balayage from $180, and foilayage and full highlights from $200. Hair specialties start with deep conditioning at $50, perms at $250, Keratin Complex at $350, Brazilian Blowout and Magic Sleek at $380, and extensions at $599. Haircuts start at $78 and blowouts with styling at $60.

Stylists and colorists work across these services. Booth renters set their own schedules and can build their own brand, while commission stylists receive a flexible schedule, room to grow and support in building a clientele. The salon also has a makeup team called Glam Haus Collective.

New guests reserve by submitting a credit card and paying a 50% deposit, and some stylists may ask for a deposit at booking. Appointments are booked online or by phone. Deposits are non-refundable, and changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead forfeit them. A cancellation within 24 hours incurs a 50% charge of the scheduled service, and arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, with 50% of the missed service charged to the account. Missing multiple or combo appointments requires partial payment for future bookings. Service concerns should be raised with the stylist within 7 days of the service, and the first adjustment is free. Unwanted retail products can be exchanged within 14 days for a product of equal or lesser value, but refunds are not offered for products purchased.

Each stylist works independently and keeps their own service satisfaction policy.
