The color menu includes root retouches for grey coverage between full appointments, an all-over refresh with no foils or lightener, face-framing highlights, and partial or full custom dimensional color. Dimensional color includes a gloss and treatment. Gloss and haircut and women's haircut with blowdry are also on the menu, along with shampoo blowouts.

Extension pricing depends on the extension method and type. Existing clients can book a redo for hand-tied weft or tape-in extensions. A free 30-minute consultation covers methods, color, length, maintenance and at-home care, and a free 20-minute consultation is available for questions about a hair color or cut.

Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice. No-shows, or significant service changes made without that notice, may be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 8:30 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Color and treatments are planned around each client's hair, with customized options such as a shine and strength treatment offered as an add-on.
