Salon 101 is organized as a suite building rather than a single team. Each independent professional rents a private suite, sets their own appointments, and handles their own bookings, and clients can book online through the salon's booking page.

Suites are rented weekly with utilities included, and no long-term lease is required. Professionals who rent a suite receive a free website with online booking. Separate suites are available for massage, skin care and nail work. The building offers on-site parking, a free laundry facility and free wifi.
