Salon 0520

Salon 0520 leases private, lockable suites to beauty professionals and to business tenants. Beauty suites are listed for nail, esthetics, med spa, braiding and natural hair, blow bar, makeup and lash extension work, and business suites suit real estate professionals, therapists and business owners. Participating suites can be leased furnished or unfurnished, and the building states that more than three active businesses operate in its suites.

Each suite is private and lockable, with keyless entry. Suites include WiFi, utilities, on-site laundry and parking. The building has 24/7 secure access for tenants, and suites are listed with Hollywood vanity lighting, salon-grade plumbing ready, and climate control. The site lists easy access to the highway. The building describes its suites as luxury, with marble-look flooring and crown molding.

Getting started is simple: an initial inquiry costs nothing and does not commit anyone to a lease. Monthly rates are not published and are given on inquiry. Lease terms are described as flexible, with term lengths in a leasing information packet available on request. Tours and leasing appointments are by appointment only, and the leasing office is not staffed around the clock. Tour changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice.

A suite is secured only once a signed agreement is in place and required payments are complete. Tenants must hold the licensing and insurance their services require, and not every profession is automatically permitted. Filming, photography and content creation inside the building need advance permission from management, and visitors may not photograph or record tenants, their clients or their work areas.

Related to the building, 0520 Online is an online store that sells skincare, nail and hair tools, and apparel, delivered to the buyer. The Glow Method, a 10-step skincare line, is sold through it.

The building operates as a leasing business first, with privately rented suites, flexible terms and clear rules on licensing, insurance and filming.
