Anyone booking for the first time must start with a 15-minute skin consultation, which is priced at $25, before any service can be performed.

The Collagen Induction Facial, from $250 over 60 minutes, treats the face, neck and décolletage. Hair Regeneration, $165 for 60 minutes, applies microneedling to the scalp. Scar Regeneration, from $80 for 45 minutes, treats scar tissue, and its price rises with the size of the area. Custom facials are offered in 60-minute ($120) and 90-minute ($175) lengths, with add-ons included in the price, plus a 60-minute custom back facial at $120. Packages bundle several sessions together, including Collagen Induction Facial packages, Hair Regeneration packages and chemical peel series of six treatments at $650.

Lash and brow services include the Korean lash lift and tint from $100, brow lamination and tint from $90, and a combined Korean lash lift and brow lamination from $200 in a 90-minute visit. The waxing menu runs from a $20 facial wax and a $25 arm or body wax to leg waxing from $45, bikini waxing at $40 and Brazilian waxing at $65. Bikini and Brazilian waxes are offered to female clients only.

Booking is flexible in some ways and firm in others. Cancellations require 48 hours' notice, and appointments canceled within 48 hours are charged the full fee. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be applied to a future booking made within 48 hours of the original appointment. For in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, clients can use Buy Now, Pay Later, provided they are approved before the appointment. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 3 PM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 12:30 PM to 6 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 1 PM to 4 PM, and is closed on weekends.
