The signature offering is The Sala Facial. It starts with a SkinReading to identify concerns and skin goals, then moves through cleansing, exfoliation and a custom aromatherapy massage, and finishes with a power treatment and mask selected for that client. Variations build on it: a high frequency version, a CBD version that uses CBD products, a Glow version that adds dermaplaning, and an acne-focused facial that uses salicylic acid and a sulfur mask.

Peels range from a mild surface peel to Ultra Detox peels at two levels. These use activated charcoal and a glycolic acid strength chosen at each session, and the business notes that the best results come from a series of treatments. Peel packages are available at three price points, and dermaplaning can be combined with a peel.

Men's services include a Men's Sala Facial with beard care and a separate Beard Treatment using essential oils for the beard and scalp. The waxing menu is broad, from brows, lip and chin to full-body waxing, and includes a Vajacial that pairs a Brazilian wax with cleansing, extractions and a steamed mask treatment.

Booking terms are firm. All appointments are paid in advance and are by request. Cancellations are asked for at least 24 hours ahead for salon visits, and for traveling services at least 6 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit payment and must be rebooked and repaid. There is a 10-minute grace period, a $20 late fee after that, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 15 minutes late. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase, and items and packages are non-refundable.

Facials begin with a skin reading, and the treatment and mask are chosen to match each client's concerns.
