Sakara Aesthetics is owned and run by Carla Scott, who founded the business. It combines medical aesthetics with a holistic wellness approach, and the salon describes itself as a premier skincare and wellness destination. Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, starting with a personalized consultation and followed by follow-up care.

The service menu sits in one category, Rejuvenating Skin Treatments. It includes a customized facial built around a client's specific needs, a CBD facial that draws on the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of CBD, and a non-invasive dermaplaning facial that exfoliates the skin. Hydrodermabrasion pairs gentle exfoliation with hydration. Microneedling aims to improve skin texture and soften fine lines, and it can be combined with PRP or PRF. Procell Microchanneling Therapy includes stem cell therapy. The VI Peel is a chemical peel offered for acne, sun damage and fine lines. BioRePeel uses BioRePeelCl3 Blue and Gold treatments, a chemical peel made in Italy. Neurotoxin treatments use Xeomin.

The studio is open Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and it is closed Monday through Thursday. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%. For facials, clients are asked to arrive without makeup. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit, and for pre-paid packages one session is deducted instead. Changes must be made by phone or text, not email. Arriving 15 minutes late requires rescheduling and fees still apply. A no-show is charged the full treatment fee to the card on file. Refunds are not offered, and services paid for in full must be used within one year of purchase.
