SAINT + TAYLOR SALON

Saint + Taylor is a collective of independent hairstylists sharing one Sammamish space. Sydney Taylor founded the salon, and the stated mission is to build an environment that supports each stylist's growth, professional advancement and sense of unity.

Each stylist works independently and personalizes their own services and specialties. New clients are matched with a stylist, while returning clients may hear directly from their own stylist. Emergencies are handled case by case with the client's stylist.

Booking is done through an appointment request form, and a booking is not secured until the salon sends a confirmation message. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, and is closed Sundays; hours can shift around the first and last appointment of the day.

Clients are asked to arrive on time. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period from the start time. Past that point, the salon may modify or move the appointment, and it may charge a fee calculated from the scheduled services. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead are free. Changes made later are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and cancelling within 24 hours is charged 100%. Missing an appointment without notice means being charged 100% of the scheduled services, and it may also restrict online booking.
