The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Thursday and Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM. It is closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Some services come with maintenance guidance: a color touch-up takes about 75 minutes and is suggested every four to six weeks, while highlights are suggested every eight to ten weeks, alternating between partial and full.

Some services have booking conditions. Express cuts and perms are for existing clients only, and color correction requires a free 15-minute consultation before it can be booked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars, with approval needed before the appointment. A 25 percent fee applies to no-shows and to appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
