Lash extensions are booked as full sets or as fills at two or three weeks. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash. Volume and hybrid sets use hand-made fans in 2D to 5D, and hybrid sets can mix fans with classic extensions in a ratio of up to half and half. According to the salon, its mega volume fans are the darkest and lightest-weight lashes it offers. Color accents can be added to the inner corner, outer corner or spikes of a set.

Brow services range from a wax clean-up and re-shaping to tinting and brow lamination, which uses a chemical solution to straighten and lift the brow hairs. Lash lifts can be done with or without a tint, and eyelash tinting is also available on its own. Existing extensions can be removed with a product made for that purpose.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes or brows, clean skin around the eyes and no makeup. Full sets can take up to three hours and fills up to two hours or less. Clients coming from another salon are advised to book a removal and a full set rather than a fill over someone else's work. If a client is unhappy with results, the salon offers a complimentary 30-minute touch-up within three days of service, requested by call or text.

Booking requires a current credit card. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead carry no charge, while later changes are charged half of the service and changes within 24 hours are charged in full. No-call, no-show appointments are charged in full. Arrivals after a grace period of 10 minutes for fills of an hour or more, or 15 minutes for full sets, must rebook and are charged half. Clients under 18 need written parent or guardian consent, and staff do not supervise children during appointments.

The salon works across a range of lash styles, from classic to mega volume, and prefers a fresh set over filling on another salon's work.
