The studio welcomes new and returning clients, and existing clients can also book private appointments at a home studio.

Designs are planned through what the studio calls the HAUS Method, which takes into account each client's features, natural lashes, preferences, and daily routine. Every set is tailored with the health of natural lashes in mind. The Haus Custom Set is built for wet, wispy, anime, and textured looks and begins with a consultation during the appointment. It takes about 225 minutes and costs $150, with a $35 deposit.

Between full sets, the Haus Refill is a maintenance visit for existing extensions, recommended every two to three weeks. It starts at $105 and takes 185 minutes or more. Returning clients need at least 40% of their extensions remaining to book a refill; sets below that level need a full-set appointment. Professional lash removal uses a gentle process that dissolves the adhesive, takes 30 minutes, and costs $35 with a $20 deposit.

For clients who come in regularly, the studio offers The Haus Reset at $175 and a set of maintenance packages covering three, six, nine, or twelve maintenance appointments at $225, $450, $675, and $900. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the Services page. The Haus Membership is $165 per month plus applicable tax, with a three-month minimum and monthly autopay. Membership appointments are required, unused services do not roll over, fills require 40% retention, benefits are applied at in-store checkout, and the membership does not include complimentary touch-ups.

Extended hours outside standard times can be requested and are subject to approval; they cost $35 and take 10 minutes. Standard hours are Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 8 PM, and the studio is closed Sunday. Changes to appointments need advance notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of 75% of the service total. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
