The salon places safety and a sanitized setting at the center of its services. Nail files and buffers are new for each client and thrown away after each treatment, and service kits are sterilized individually for every visit. The salon describes its team as nail care professionals with high training, and says its aim is a strong experience for each guest through service and technical skill.

The menu covers acrylic full sets and fill-ins, SNS dipping powder, gel soak-off manicures and pedicures, liquid gel, and a range of additional add-ons such as chrome, deep French, nail repair and callus removal. The signature pedicures each include a massage, lasting 5 minutes on the Classic and Collagen versions and up to 20 minutes on the Jelly Luxury Retreat, with several scent choices on the spa pedicures. Waxing is offered for the face, arms, legs, underarms, back and bikini area.

The salon hosts private parties such as bridal showers, birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate events and get-togethers. Complimentary cake, finger food, drinks and snacks are offered at these events, and guests are asked to call or fill out a form for details. Gift certificates are available, and all payment methods are accepted.

The salon's approach centers on safety and sanitation, with single-use files and buffers and individually sterilized kits for each visit.
