The studio describes its approach as holistic and says each facial is tailored to the client's skin. Treatments combine natural and clinical-based skincare with hands-on methods such as massage and Gua Sha. Its design philosophy aims for services and equipment that work well and feel affirming for every client, regardless of skin color or body type.

Facials are grouped separately from the facial boosters, which are add-ons whose number depends on how long the facial lasts. Every facial includes facial massage and scalp massage with Gua Sha stones, unless it isn't suitable for the client. The menu runs from a 45-minute Express Facial to a 120-minute signature treatment that combines several technologies.

Sugaring is offered as its own service for hair removal, applied by hand with a sugar paste made from ingredients the studio describes as natural, organic and biodegradable. According to the studio, sugaring can remove hair at least 1/8 inch long, and the method dates back to around 1900 BC in North Africa and Persia.

Hours are Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed Sundays and Mondays. New and returning clients must sign the waiver and release form at least 24 hours before their appointment. If a facial client arrives late, 5 to 10 minutes may be removed from the facial, but sugaring time cannot be shortened for late arrivals.

Services are customized to each client's skin, pairing natural and clinical-based skincare with holistic treatment methods.
