Body contouring centers on Neveskin, a set of heating and cooling treatments formerly known as Cryoskin 3.0. The classic body session shapes, tones and tightens in about 15 to 30 minutes, and the spa says it recommends at least five sessions. Shaping targets areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, back, chin or hips, toning uses cold massage to smooth and firm the skin, and Soothe applies heat and cold to target areas to ease discomfort and support recovery. InfraBaldan is an infrared bike session in which clients pedal lightly while infrared panels and photobiomodulation work on the body.

Facials range from holistic options, including the Sage & Stone Signature Facial with Reiki, Green Tea, Matcha, Milk n Honey, Lavender, Aromatherapy, Rose Quartz Crystal, Jade Roller anti-aging and Paraffin, to Neveskin facials in 30 or 60 minute sessions and Hydrojelly hydration with customized formulas. LED light facials use blue light for acne or inflamed skin and red light for fine lines and wrinkles. Hair removal and waxing cover the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, brows and full body, using a system designed for sensitive skin with nu-free and soy-based products.

Intuitive sessions include Angel Card readings ($50 for 30 minutes or $80 for 60 minutes), astrology birth chart readings ($60 for 30 minutes), numerology life path readings ($80 for 60 minutes), and Reiki with a reading ($100 for 75 minutes). Reiki alone is $50 for 30 minutes or $80 for 60 minutes, and it combines stress reduction with crystals, tuning forks and essential oils. Akashic or soul retrieval readings and custom healing sessions are priced by consultation. Packages bundle services: the Moon Maiden (1.5 hours, $75) includes a spa pedicure and natural manicure, the Moon Detox (2 hours, $130) includes a moon goddess reading and a 60 minute Reiki treatment, and the Moon Goddess (3 hours, $199) includes a 60 minute detox facial, hand, foot and scalp treatment, pedicure, manicure and a reading.

The 9-week Transformation Weight Loss Program is described by the spa as created by a doctor. It follows a whole-food diet with six supplements designed for the program, with no calorie counting, shots, diet pills or shakes, and no required exercise. Booking policies: appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, and services over $150 must be held with a credit card, with half the service price charged for a no-show.
