The menu runs from a kid's cut for children aged 10 and under to scissor and clipper cuts, with a rough blow dry for younger clients. Color options range from gray-blending and single-process root coverage through foil highlights and hand-painted balayage to full lightening with toning.
Treatments include an Olaplex three-step repair service for hair damaged by bleaching and coloring, an Amika smoothing service, a Brazilian Blowout, and a scalp treatment that combines an ozone mister, red and blue lights and a fine micro mist. The salon describes its Damage Repair Treatment as its strongest healing system for severely damaged hair.
Booking terms are set out clearly. Consultations are non-refundable but are credited toward a booked service within 90 days. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours, or missing an appointment, carries a 50% fee of the base service price, and clients get reminder texts 48 hours ahead and on the day. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. No refunds are offered, but adjustments are made at no cost within one week of an appointment if the client is not satisfied. State Board prep sessions cannot be guaranteed to produce a particular result.
