The studio aims for a relaxed, spa-like feel in a calm, modern room. The salon describes its culture as relaxing, fun and focused, and states that all guests are welcome. It also describes its client service as 5-star.

Listed prices are starting points, and final cost depends on the stylist, the time needed and how much product is used. Stylists also consider lifestyle and hair goals when planning a service.

Booking requires a valid payment card. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% service fee, and changes made within 24 hours, no-shows and refused service carry a 100% fee. Only guests receiving services may attend appointments. Guests must be 13 or older, and some services may need a parental release. Concerns about a service should be reported within 48 hours for a possible adjustment; later requests are booked as a new service. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, and opened products bought from the salon can be returned for salon credit only. Hair tools and brushes cannot be returned.

The studio runs a model program in which hair models are assessed with a pre-evaluation form before taking part in training sessions. Stylist shadow days are also offered, as half or full days, with an extension day available.
