SafePedi was established in 2006 by Brittany Kruse, who owns the business and is a Certified Master Pedicurist. It sits within A-Zany-Do Salon & Spa at 1310 Sam Bass Circle in Round Rock, about half a mile west of I-35 and Sam Bass.

Each client is seen in a private treatment room. Every pedicure begins with either a warm foot bath or a soak-less treatment. The business uses disposable foot baths and disposable liners for each client, and says its sanitation practices go beyond what is required. The 90-minute SafePedi pedicure covers nail trimming and shaping, cuticle repair, callus reduction with a drill, skin repair with emollient products, a foot massage and polish. The Maintenance Pedi runs 30 to 45 minutes and lets clients choose between cuticle repair and callus reduction, followed by hydrating lotion and an oil and buff finish. A polish-free version is available, and polish can be added for an extra fee. Toenail Trims take 15 to 30 minutes and include trimming, shaping and an oil and buff finish. A Soak-less Pedicure using steamed towel wraps instead of a foot soak can be added to any pedicure, but it must be mentioned when booking.

Clients who have gel polish should remove it before arriving. The business can remove it on site, but the full 90-minute session benefit is not received in that case. Payment is by Zelle, cash or Venmo; credit cards are not accepted. Gratuity is welcome, and the business states the industry standard is 18 to 22 percent of the treatment price. The website also carries foot health education pages on diabetes and feet, runner's feet, nail and toe disorders, and skin conditions.
