The studio's facials draw on Korean skincare and a holistic view of skin health. Treatments are built around facial massage and the products selected for each client's skin, and the studio describes its approach as barrier-first.
A visit happens in a quiet, light-filled room with one-on-one service. New clients complete an intake form before their first appointment, and first-time guests are booked into a First Visit session, either Deep Glow or Transformative, to leave time for a consultation. Guests are asked to come alone unless they need support, and free street parking is available nearby.
Essential Ritual is a 60-minute option for returning clients, Deep Glow Ritual is 75 minutes, Transformative Ritual is 90 minutes, and The SAE Ritual is a 90-minute signature facial that opens with guided breathwork. Each service is priced to include the products and steps it needs, and gift cards are sold as eGift cards in fixed or custom amounts.
