A visit usually begins with a consultation. The 90-minute Consultation is a skin assessment that includes a customized facial, a review of skin history, and a personalized treatment and home care plan. Shorter options include a 60-minute Virtual Consultation at $75, a 90-minute Comprehensive Skin Consultation at $200, and a 30-minute Product Analysis listed at no charge.

Much of the work is built around DMK Enzyme Therapy, which the studio describes as a paramedical skincare system. Each treatment is customized and paired with a prescribed home care program, and it is used for concerns including acne, pigmentation, premature aging, scarring, rosacea and a compromised skin barrier. Microneedling works by creating controlled collagen induction and is used for acne scars, texture, fine lines and firmness. For acne scarring and texture, a series of three to six microneedling treatments is recommended, followed by maintenance every three to four months. Nano Needling, a serum infusion treatment with tiny rounded tips and no downtime, is often booked between microneedling sessions. Chemical peel strength is chosen based on skin condition, history and tolerance, and downtime ranges from mild dryness or flaking to more visible peeling.

Before corrective treatments, clients are asked to avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids and benzoyl peroxide for five to seven days unless told otherwise, and to avoid sun exposure, tanning and waxing of the treated area. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee charged to the card on file. Services are paid at the time of the appointment. The studio does not submit insurance claims or guarantee HSA or FSA reimbursement, since eligibility depends on the client's plan, but it provides a detailed receipt. Some corrective treatments may be HSA or FSA eligible when medically necessary, and some plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed medical provider. Gift cards for products and services are available.
