The salon describes itself as more than a salon, a place where beauty, confidence and individuality come together, and its stated mission is a welcoming, empowering space where every client feels valued.

The salon offers color services grouped by goal: lightening for clients going lighter, soft dimensional color that grows out easily, and natural-looking gray coverage. Cuts include precision work with modern movement, and length and volume services are planned around how each client lives. Hair extensions and Brazilian Blowout smoothing are also available.

Two membership programs are offered. The Sacred Hair Society includes four monthly credits toward wash and blowout services. The Sacred Length Society is designed for extension guests and includes four monthly credits for extension wash and blowout services.

Bookings can be made through the salon website, through the Glossgenius platform, or by phone. A deposit is required to secure every appointment, and an appointment is not fully confirmed until the deposit is received. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. For color and chemical services, clients are asked to arrive with clean, freshly washed hair that has no product in it, and a style-out cleansing charge is added if the hair needs washing first. Children are welcome but must stay seated with a parent or guardian. Apple Pay and credit or debit cards are accepted.
