New clients usually begin with the First-Time Glow Facial, a 75-minute visit with an in-depth skin consultation and a customized facial. This lets the skin be assessed before a treatment and home-care plan is set. Every treatment is customized after that consultation, and the studio does not run one protocol for everyone.

Acne care is built as a plan that combines professional treatments, home care, lifestyle guidance and ongoing adjustments for teens and adults. Advanced corrective treatments include microneedling and professional peels such as BioRePeel and The Perfect Derma Peel, and clients are asked to follow the home-care routine recommended for their skin. For a slower, more restorative visit, The Goddess Ritual is a 120-minute customized facial that layers LED light, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, massage of the head, neck, chest and arms, and sound healing.

Clients who cannot come in can book The Virtual Skin Edit, a remote consultation with a questionnaire, a 30-minute virtual session, a written morning and evening routine and two follow-up check-ins. The business also sells skincare through an online shop, publishes skin education articles on its website, and uses Vagaro for online booking.
