Sacred Paradise Spa Inc was established in 2010 and operates from two Germantown Avenue addresses in Philadelphia. The spa describes itself as the top-rated wellness center in the city.
Services sit in five groups: massage, body, skin care, mobile wellness, and wellness. Massage options include bodywork tailored to each client and aimed at circulation and muscle tension, seated chair massage of 10 to 20 minutes for the back, shoulders, neck, arms and hands, cupping for localized pain and relaxation, reflexology, and stretch therapy aimed at fitness-focused clients. Body contouring is offered, which the spa says improves blood flow and reduces inches. Skin care includes facials, cleansing, exfoliation and moisturizing. Home visits, which take place in the client's own space, bring in restorative massage and stretch therapy alongside body sculpting. Other options on that menu are cupping, facials, vitamin therapy, and IV drips, plus mesotherapy and yeso therapy, and weight loss treatments built around each client.
Booking is done only through the online portal, not by phone or email. Appointments are prepaid in full at booking and are not refundable. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice and must be made by phone; same-day cancellations are not accepted, and a no-call, no-show forfeits the full session cost. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may lead to cancellation, and sessions may be shortened for late arrivals. A minimum 20% gratuity is charged separately for all services, and tips can be left in therapist envelopes at the front desk. Children and extra guests are not allowed, and cell phone use is not permitted inside the spa.
The spa accepts cash, credit and debit cards, and HSA and FSA benefits, though some FSA and HSA cards may be declined by providers. Eligibility for reimbursement depends on the plan and should be checked before booking, and certain wellness, vitamin therapy and IV hydration services may not qualify. The spa does not bill insurance, FSA or HSA providers directly, but itemized receipts are available and take 5 to 7 business days to process.
Staff speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM. The spa says it provides ongoing training for team members, aims to keep the client experience consistent, and pays team members a living wage.
The spa says it aims to keep the quality of the client experience consistent and offers a high-quality spa visit at prices it describes as affordable. It states that all services are performed by board-licensed therapists.
