Color services are priced and timed by length, from a one-hour toner refresh with blowout up to four-hour sessions for lived-in balayage, babylights, platinum work and all-over fashion color. A 15-minute color consultation is available to talk through goals with a stylist. Corrective color requires a consultation before it is booked.
Extension services are for existing clients. Hand-sewn weft extensions can be moved up, and tape-in extensions or wefts can be fully removed and reinstalled as a reset. The salon does not offer extension resets on extensions installed by other stylists.
Haircuts are also booked by time. Returning clients can book a 30-minute cut that their stylist has approved in advance, or a 45-minute change beyond a trim. Longer one-hour and 1.5-hour cuts cover maintenance, bangs, thick hair and precision bobs, and two-hour sessions are for transformational cuts on very thick, long or textured hair.
For payment, the salon offers gift cards and Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, which requires approval before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-call/no-show is charged the full amount.
